As an interrupter, it's my mission to break down the systems and policies that create barriers for coaches and student-athletes. I am a mother first, educator, coach and advocate, with 20 years of experience working with student-athletes. 

 

With my strong background in education, coaching, and DEIB, I empower my clients by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate for themselves and cultivate an inclusive and equitable environment that fosters a sense of belonging among their teams.
